Joanne Bogus, Catering Production, Founder and President of Capital Dining Services. Ms. Bogus works with meeting and event planners in designing and executing the catering requirements for convention and conferences as well as high profile special events. Formally she held such positions as the Executive Director of Food and Beverage Sales and Marketing for the New Washington Convention Center and Director of Catering with The Kennedy Center. With 20 years experience in creating spectacular events, Ms. Bogus has traveled extensively to develop catering programs that meet the needs and budget of her clients.

Ms. Bogus has had a successful career leveraging sales and marketing opportunities for the restaurant industry. This included establishing Restaurants Direct, which sold and managed special events for more than 20 restaurants in Los Angeles. In addition to her experience with Restaurants Direct, Ms. Bogus worked for Hard Rock Cafe International as Corporate Director of Sales for the Western Region where she managed group and event sales for 16 Cafes on the West Coast and Hawaii. She created unique events for the company both domestically and internationally, handling industry events for clients and grand opening festivities.
